Hello Pieter,
I had already looked at the picture with the controller and could not see any useful function, since the drive is on the left and the centrifugal weights can only push to the right.
But there is the stop of the speed controller.
Maybe something useful can be seen behind the levers that are held with the middle nut.
So I can't even say how the pump elements are and how much they deliver.
