Greetings from Brazil - Deutz MAH 916 and MAH 516 ( Workshop / Repair Manual )

Greetings from Brazil.
My name is Junior and im 36. For the last 10 years i've been collecting cars and trucks. 3 years ago ive started with stationary engines. Last month i found 2 Deutz ( MAH 916 1964 and MAH 516 1936 ). The MAH 916 is a good shape and easy to put to work again, unfortunately i cant say the same about MAH 516. It was abandoned for the last 30 years on the field, without any protection.. Some parts is missing - one rocker arm and bove head valves. I've started to work on it but i need the MAH 516 workshop / repair manual. I found and bought the Operation / parts manual but i need information about the timing, valve clearance, bolt chart torque etc. Anyone know where i can find / buy it ? It can be in German, i have a friend who speaks German.

Meu nome é Junior e tenho 36 anos. Nos últimos 10 anos coleciono carros e caminhões. 3 anos atrás eu comecei com motores estacionários. No mês passado eu encontrei 2 Deutz ( MAH 916 1964 e MAH 516 1936 ). O MAH 916 está em bom estado e fácil de colocar para funcionar novamente, infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo do MAH 516. Ele foi abandonado nos últimos 30 anos em campo, sem nenhuma proteção.. Faltam algumas peças - uma balancins e válvulas de cabeça de proa. Comecei a trabalhar nele, mas preciso do manual de oficina/reparo MAH 516. Encontrei e comprei o manual de operação/peças mas preciso de informações sobre o tempo, folga das válvulas, tabela de torque dos parafusos etc. Alguém sabe onde posso encontrar/comprar? Pode ser em alemão, tenho um amigo que fala alemão.

The 916 got a helping injection for starting w/o „Zündfix“, greate Feature!
I dont know if a repair manual exists, whats the cproblem?
Normally its only difficult if you have to replace the crankshaft.
Before you remove it, make some marks.

Hi QDiesel, tks for reply. The problem is exactly put the things back in place right. Thats why im looking for the Workshop / repair manual. But i will make some marks like you said. Do you know were i can find the valve clearance and bolt chart torque ? The one with the auxiliary injector is the MAH 516 1936.

Your right, its the 516, my fault.
Valve clearance 0,4-0,6mm like a postcard.
Why did you need bolt torque?
For which bolt?
Its an old Motor with simple mechanic, i never needed a Chart

Maybe im not using the correct term. I need to know the right amount torque to apply on the cylinder head nuts, crankshaft, connecting rod, oil pump eccentric and etc.

I am currently busy rebuilding a Deutz MAH 916 myself and acquired the spec sheet for torque values etc if you still need it, although it does not seem to list the 516 data.

Hi. In 1960 Deutz started to sell tractors and Sttationary engines here in Brazil. The brazilian MAH 916 doesn't have tags like the same model sold in Europe continent. It has just a small black plate wrote in portuguese, showing the model, the serial number, HP and RPM. If you look the pictures i sent, you can see it. I sent you a messege.
