Good morning,
I have a Bomag 219 DH4. Bomag serial 101582771382.
Engine model: TDC2012L6 2V
The problem is that the engine shuts down after 10 minutes of work.
The dashboard shows of failure 5140,5135,5100.
In serdia we see problems:
KWP ERROR PATH SHORT ERROR DESCRIPTION
211 RAIL PRESSURE(Railmeun0) Rail pressure: the fuel pressure in rail calculated by ECU is above the target range which is dependant on the enginge speedCheck cabling, check rail pressure sensor and if necessary replace it, check connection cable and if necessary repair or replace it.
212 RAIL PRESSURE(Railmeun1) Rail pressure: the fuel pressure in rail calculated by ECU is above the target range which s dependant on the volume flow rate replace sensor.
We have already replaced:
- Fuel filters
- Flexable pipe lines
- Rail pressure sensor
- Fuel regulator & solenoid valve
- Rail pressure relief valve
The fuel pressure in idle is 500 Bar and when the engine is at 2,200rpm the fuel pressure is 1,200 Bar.
After all of we did the engine keeps shutting down after about 10 minutes of work.
Have anyone met this problem before? can you help me understand the problem and fix it?
