F6L613 oilfilter??

Hello
I am danish and my german is not that good. So I will write in english. You can answer in german that fine.
I have a Magirus Mercur with the 6 cyl 7.5 liter engine F6L613.
does it have a oilfilter?
Is there something I need to be aware of when I change oil?
Is it ok to put 10w40 on it?
I hope that someone in here can help me. Last year I just changed the oil and I couldent find any filter.
