Yes, they are available ! Until one week ago, before I was subscribed at this forum, I was thinking that I will be unable to find missing pieces for my MAH916

it is wonderful to see, that you progress with your MAH916. Hope dies last !

For me - and also I include all friends in this forum - is the highest happiness
when technical equipment (maybe engines, farm-Tractors etc.)
whichever appeared dead, by technical tricks, connections, experiance ect. from helpful friends
someone can beheathe life in it and it is "reanimated" and we can hear the pulse rate of our "little sweetys".

Hi guys, here some updates.

Today it's a no-rainy day, so I've decided to go at the farm workshop to wash the MAH with high pressured hot water. I've removed a lot of dirty from outside and inside motor.

Here some photos after shower: motor got clean, and me got dirty and wet a lot :D

After made photos, I restart to assemble motor.

Once I arrive to fit the piston, I was stop from one dubt... please look the photo below.

Piston and crankrod are not symmetric, but piston has a hump, and crankrod a hole. Now the question is: the piston hump and crankrod hole mut to be mounted faced above or below? ?(

Sorry but I've not checked it when I've disassembled my 916.

Since it can not be mounted, I've checked the oil pump with new oil, and have looked that's work so well.
After this, I've opened and cleaned the injector.

15 days ago i've received the new exhaust valve from Graf Motoren and I've try to restart engine but, at the moment, I've only seen a lot of smoke, but it won't start...
Today I will re-try to start it..

I will inform you if there are new updates.

Hello guys,

I've started the MAH916 !
With hands, i was unable to start it, than i've made an adapter to start it with tractor PTO.
After a lot of turns, motor start to smoke a lot, and it start after more than 30 years.
But, unfortunately, it start to go up with RPM, probably regulator don't work or diesel pump has some defect, and, at the end, motor go to over-RPM and broke exhaust valve guide and exhaust cam rod was bended.
As soon as possilbe, on autumn or winter, I will check about what's append.
